With joints the Vata is balanced by the Kapha of the synovial fluid, however as the fluid slowly reduces, Vata flares up, resulting in pains. So according to Ayurveda we need to ensure the balance the Vata and Kapha Dosha. Cow Pea White

As long as it is processed carefully it will have the same amount of calcium, protein and vital nutrients as liquid milk, and it is convenient to use and carry.
It is used as a seasoning in tomato paste, has many medical applications and is used as an insecticide as well as a bactericide. The dried leaves can be used as a spice. Dried basil is a very good source of calcium, iron, folate and omega- 3.
