Prakratik Living's Vedic Food Baskets are holistic, good not just for you body, but also your mind and spirit. Vedic Eating originates from the knowledge of Ayurveda and focuses on balance through understanding of your constitution.

Our bone's primary Prakrati is Vataj, and its increase decays the bones, which results in conditions like osteoporosis. This increase in Vata dosha can happen because of excessive movement or with age. With joints the Vata is balanced by the Kapha of the synovial fluid, however as the fluid slowly reduces, Vata flares up, resulting in pains. So according to Ayurveda we need to ensure the balance the Vata and Kapha Dosha. Prakratik Living's Osteo Sure basket, part of the Body Craft Basket range, is designed to ensure that your bones and joints stay strong and pain free.
