Maize Dalia

Low in fat and calories, it is good source of dietary fiber as well as protein and provides relief from heat in summer while also increasing the body's energy in winter. Contains all goodness for expecting mothers.

Pumpkin Seeds

It is made from milk. Contains good amount of protein, B complex vitamins and healthy fats. Promotes weight loss, well for diabetics and improves heart function. Also rich in calcium, Vitamin B -12 and phosphorus essential for pregnant women.

Flax Seeds

Rich in fiber, it's a good source of omega-3 that helps to lower blood pressure and is anti-inflammatory. Recommended in smaller quantities due to its laxative effects.

Figs

A natural source for high energy and vitality, and thus beneficial for rejuvenation. They have a cooling nature and are very soothing to the delicate tissues of the colon. Alkaline in nature, rich source of potassium and fibre all that is needed by expectant mother.
