Can be consumed as:

1. By grounding them and adding it to batter for making rotis, cookies, cakes, breads, pancakes, etc.

2. As granola bars.

3. By adding to cereals, oats, porridge, salads, soups and muesli.

4. Mixing them in shakes, smoothies, dips, accompaniments and stews.

5. Along with yoghurt.
