Brown Rice

A type of Indian brown rice, it is medium-grain, aromatic, lightweight and low in starch. It is carbohydrate dense but fat and also sodium free.

A combination of unrefined flours that has the bran, fiber, vitamins and minerals of different grains. These prevent constipation and help lose belly fat.

Wheat Dalia

It's a form that's prepared by milling whole wheat kernels. Prepared with milk it increases protein content and it also helps in increasing rate of metabolism.

Oat Flakes

Loaded with nutrients, it is a staple of athletes and muscle builders. It increase Kapha, reduce Vata & Pitta, and its sliminess softens the GI tract in Vata. .

Barley Flour

The best grain for balancing Kapha, as per Ayurveda, it is light to digest and does not produce excess mucus in the body. The best form to consume is organic and raw.

It is sweet with an astringent after taste, is heavy, dry and cold. It aggravates Vata Prakriti, scrapes Kapha, normalizes Pitta and Rakta. It is a source of carbohydrates.

Moong Daal Yellow (Split)

These legumes are filled with vitamins A, C and E, folacin, phosphorous, magnesium, iron and calcium. They're quick cooking and easy to digest.

Black Chana

It has high fiber and protein as well as Vitamin B & C, manganese and iron. Can stabilize blood sugar as well as lower cholesterol and is also effective in weight loss.
