IngredientsTo Be Mixed For The Curd Dressing
1 1/2 cups hung low fat curds
1 tbsp chopped onions
1/2 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp sugar
salt to tasteOther Ingredients
1 fresh pear
1 medium sized capsicum
few fresh leaves of mint
a few raisins
- Chop the fruits coarsely.
- Grate the vegetables.
- Mix in a bowl and put to chill.
- If you like, add the curd dressing.
- Serve cold.
