Vedic Living is a holistic way of life that originates from the Vedas and is focused on every aspect of development: physical, mental, emotional, interpersonal and spiritual. Properly understood, it is not a religious process, and is relevant to anyone and everyone, no matter their religion or belief system. The principles are all encompassing and are focused on balance, purpose, awareness, oneness and love.
There are no dos and dont's. One is free to explore and learn. The principles are guidelines that have worked and will continue to do so because they are based on deep insights and wisdom that has come from experience.
